Policies
- NO cash refunds.
- Weather Assurance Policy Sandcastle remains open during periods of rain. However, severe weather conditions may require that pools and attractions temporarily close. Due to the inconvenience that a closing creates for our guests, Sandcastle has created the weather assurance program. If all of the park's water attractions are closed for at least 60 minutes during one operating day, ½ price coupons will be distributed to those guests that present a properly dated receipt or a ticket stub as they exit the park.
If park management closes the facility for the day, a ticket for another day will be issued to those with the properly dated receipt or ticket stub.
Both the ½ price coupon and full day ticket will be valid for the year they are issued.

- Smoking Policy Sandcastle is a limited smoking facility. Smoking is only permitted in four locations inside the park. See a Sandcastle team member for details.
- Food and Beverage Policy Guests may bring in snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in a one gallon bag (i.e.clear zip lock bag). Snacks must be portioned sized and drinks can be no larger than a 20 oz bottle. No glass may be brought into the park. .
- For your conveinence, guests may keep their one gallon portioned size bags in a small cooler no bigger than an 8 quart personal cooler (10"x12"x9"). Sandcastle will not permit coolers larger than this.
- For any groups wishing to bring large coolers and/or a picnic- picnic tables are conveinently located outside of our park and guests may enter and exit as many times as they wish througout the day. Please keep these items in your vehicle.
- Dive-In-Movie chaperone policy: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult of 21 years of age or older. The chaperone ratio is one chaperone for every 4 guests under the age of 18.
