Riverplex is located along the beautiful shores of the Monongahela River, adjacent to Sandcastle, Pittsburgh's favorite waterpark. There are tree-lined walkways along the river and wooded areas surrounding the 400,000 square-foot landscaped area. The center field is an open, grassy area perfect for entertainment, games, and activities of all kinds. The Riverplex staff will be happy to customize your day to ensure your most successful event ever!
Riverplex at Sandcastle provides a new option for those who prefer a more traditional picnic or event without the rides of Kennywood or the slides of Sandcastle. And if any members of your party want to put on their swimsuits and enjoy the water park, we'll take good care of them, too!
