The parking voucher will need to be exchanged for a 2010 parking pass sticker that will be placed on your 2010 season pass during regular operating hours. The parking pass is only valid for the season pass listed on the pass, and can only be used for the season pass holder and those occupying the same car. Season Pass Holder must be present and present the card at the parking booths in order for parking pass to be used.

Can I purchase more than 2 season passes for the discount?
Yes. If you purchase 2 or more in one transaction you will receive each pass for $49.99 until the buy 2 for $99.99 offer ends.
When will the 2 for $99 season pass promotion expire?
2010 season pass promotion is for a limited time only. This promotion is available for purchase online now.
The website will not let me checkout when I purchased a season pass. How do I complete my order?
When purchasing season passes, please make sure you fill in the required information (link in red) for each pass. The checkout button will not appear until all information has been entered. Also, you must check “terms and conditions” checkbox prior to completing the checkout process. It is also important that your billing address used during checkout exactly matches your billing statement.
What do I do if did not receive my email confirmation?
Please check your junk mail/spam folder to make sure an email from egalaxyordersc@sandcastlewaterpark.com is marked junk/spam. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please email feedback@sandcastlewaterpark.com with the following information; First name, last name, date of online order, correct e-mail, and confirmation number (if known). We are currently experiencing problems with e-mails going to comcast users. Please also include an alternate e-mail if possible.
I was double charged for my order. What can I do?
Sandcastle webstore operates over a secure server. When you place an order, an authorization is requested in the amount of your purchase by our server from your credit card company/bank. If an error occurs with your order and you go back to try to correct the information, sometimes a hold for each action will be placed on your account by your bank as it waits for an authorization from Sandcastle. When you complete your online order and receive a confirmation email that your order was processed, the authorization is then replaced by an actual charge from Sandcastle. In most cases, you will only receive one authorization and only one charge will go through. Some banks/processors do not immediately drop all the holds, however most authorizations are dropped within 2-7 days.
Will I receive tickets in the mail for my online order?
No. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a PDF file of your tickets. Please save this email and print your tickets prior to your visit to Sandcastle.
Can I purchase tickets & season passes other than online?
Currently the best way to purchase tickets is using our online webstore. Your purchase is sent directly to your email to print your tickets anywhere.
What happens if the wrong name is listed on my season pass or locker voucher?
All tickets and season passes are transferable until the time they are redeemed at the park. If the name is incorrect on your electronic ticket, changes can be made the day of your visit prior to having your season pass processed or selecting a season pass locker.
Can I transfer a season pass to another person once I purchased it?
Season passes are transferable until the time they are printed/redeemed at the park. Once a season pass is printed, the pass cannot be transferred to another guest.
I want to buy a season pass but I am not sure who the recipient will be. What name should I enter?
Often for these situations, a generic name or title should be used for the first and last name fields when ordering online. Example: Congratulations PTA or Happy Birthday.
When can I get my season pass processed?
Please check our website for updates regarding processing dates for the 2010 season.
Is there a family pass? Can more than one person share a season pass? Is there a child pass?
Sandcastle does not offer a family or child pass. All season pass prices are for an individual pass. Season passes are only valid for the person listed/pictured on the front of the pass. Children 3 and under are FREE to the park.
Season Pass Rules
- Season Passes are non-transferable (only valid for person pictured), and cannot be combined with any other discounted offer. When presenting your Season Pass for admission, you may be asked to present another form of photo identification. If a person other than the authorized user attempts to use a Season Pass, the Pass Holder involved will have their pass confiscated without refund.
- No refunds will be given for unused or partially used Season Passes.
- Lost or stolen Season Passes will be replaced at a charge of $15.00.
- Season Pass Holders attending organized group events (such as company or organization picnic) are not entitled to catered meals without meal ticket purchase.
- Season Pass Holders are not eligible for rain checks.
- Additional items and attractions (such as tube rentals, locker rentals, and games) are not included in the Season Pass.
- Bring-A-Buddy Free days will be announced by e-mail only. Please be sure to give a valid e-mail address when purchasing season pass and add Sandcastle to your approved senders list.
- Pass Holders face forfeiture of their pass without refund for violation of Park Safety Rules, Park Policies, or improper behavior.
- 2010 season pass does not include free parking unless you purchased your season pass before Sept 8.
- Pass Holders get free admission to Family Dive-In Movies on Sunday evenings and Jukebox Sunday Nights. Season Passes are not valid for any other Castle at Night events.
- Kennywood Night Rider discount is valid for evenings after 5:00 PM, and is not valid for Phantom Fright Nights.
- For those Season Pass Holders who use Sanddollars- Sanddollars will not carry over to the 2010 season.
- Pass Holders 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by a paying chaperone when visiting the park. Paying chaperone is defined as a responsible person 16 years of age or older who is either a Season Pass Holder or who has purchased an admission ticket and is visiting the park the same day.
Purchase and print your own Sandcastle Season Pass Voucher. This Voucher must be redeemed at Sandcastle any operating day of 2010 to obtain your photo ID Season Pass.
By purchasing the pass, the holder confirms they have read, understand, and agree to abide by all park and Season Pass rules and regulations.
