Weather Assurance Policy: Sandcastle remains open during periods of rain. However, severe weather conditions may require that pools and attractions temporarily close. Due to the inconvenience that a closing creates for our guests, Sandcastle has created the weather assurance program. If all of the park’s water attractions are closed for at least 60 minutes during one operating day, ½ price coupons will be distributed to those guests that present a properly dated receipt or a ticket stub as they exit the park. If park management closes the facility for the day, a ticket for another day will be issued to those with the properly dated receipt or ticket stub. Both the ½ price coupon and full day ticket will be valid for the year they are issued. |
