We're leaping toward a summer full of slides and splashes! Don't waste time waiting to process your Season Pass on opening day; visit during one of our three Preseason Pass Processing dates, starting on April 13, to snap your Season Pass photo and pick up your 2024 souvenir cup. Process your Season Pass early and receive one coupon good for either a FREE order of Potato Patch Fries, soft pretzel, or Golden Nugget dip cone.*

Do I need to Process? New Passholders...
Welcome to the club! As a new Passholder, you need to get your photo taken and pick up your physical Season Pass card. You can stop by any Preseason Pass Processing Day or public operating day once the park opens. We suggest taking advantage of our Preseason Pass Processing Days, as processing lines are shorter, and you'll receive a FREE coupon!*
New Platinum Passholders: you must process your Platinum Pass at Sandcastle before you can use your all of your perks at our sister parks (Kennywood, Idlewild and SoakZone, etc.).
Do I need to Process? Renewals...
Thanks for renewing! Your 2023 Season Pass card has been automatically updated with your 2024 information and is ready for opening day. However, you can stop by the park during any Preseason Pass Processing Day for your FREE coupon!
How do I get my 2024 souvenir cup?
Gold and Platinum Season Passes include a 2024 souvenir cup. You can pick up your souvenir cup during any Preseason Pass Processing Day at Guest Relations or any public operating day once the park opens at any participating food location.
How do I get my other perks?
All the perks associated with your 2024 Season Pass are loaded onto your physical card!
If I can get my Season Pass processed during my first visit, why do Preseason Pass Processing dates exist?
Preseason Pass Processing dates allow you to save more time for fun once the park opens for the season! By getting your Season Pass Processed early, you won't have to waste time on an actual park operating date. Lines can become lengthy at Guest Relations on park operating dates early in the season. You can also upgrade your Season Pass on any of these dates. Please note: the park does not operate on Preseason Pass Processing dates.
* Available while supplies last. One coupon per Passholder. Coupons are distributed randomly. Coupons are ONLY available during Preseason Pass Processing.
Note: Season Passes purchased at Kennywood and Idlewild cannot be processed at Sandcastle.
First-time Passholder? What You Need to Know
Thank you for choosing to become a Season Passholder! We can't wait to make new memories this season. Here are some helpful tips to get you started:
- During your first visit, you will need to have your Season Pass processed. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to the Season Pass Processing Center at Guest Relations. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for admission into the park this season. When you renew your Season Pass next season, you can continue to use the same card!
- Your perks are loaded automatically onto your Season Pass card from your home park (where your Season Pass card was processed). Simply show your Season Pass card to redeem your perks at any applicable locations. Please note: Kennywood Platinum Season Passholders MUST have their passes processed at Kennywood, and are not eligible for Sandcastle buddy tickets.
- Bring a Friend tickets / Guest Tickets can be redeemed at Guest Relations on the day you are using these perks.
- If you lose your Season Pass card, stop by Guest Relations for a replacement!
