Guest Relations
Guest Relations is available at the front of the park for ticket and season pass sales, complaints/compliment, lost and found, and to answer general park questions.
First Aid
Sandcastle's First Aid station is conveniently located on the boardwalk next to the slide entrances.
Restrooms
Sandcastle has restrooms available in various locations throughout the park. All our restrooms offer baby changing facilities and cubicles for guests with reduced mobility.

Boardwalk Lockers
Lockers are available for purchase on the Boardwalk to store valuables and other belongings.
